Notary Pricing Sheet

Standard Notarization

• In-person notarization: $15 per signature notarized

• Remote Online Notarization (RON): $25 per signature notarized

 

Travel & Mileage

• Travel fee (within 10 miles): $20 flat

• Additional mileage (after 10 miles): $0.65 per mile

• Wait time (after 15 minutes): $15 per 15 minutes

 

Rush / After-Hours Fees

• Same-day rush appointment (within 4 hours): +$25

• After 7pm or weekends/holidays: +$50

 

Printing / Scanning / Document Handling

• Printing (single-sided, b&w;): $0.50 per page

• Printing (color): $1.00 per page

• Scanning/Emailing documents: $1 per page

• Courier drop-off (FedEx/UPS drop-off): $15 + mileage

 

Specialty Services

• Petition Affidavit / Specialty Forms: $15 per signature (plus travel)

 

Notes

• Payment due at time of service (cash, card, Zelle, Venmo).

• Cancellations within 2 hours of appointment will incur a $50 fee.

• Prices subject to adjustment based on client needs and job complexity.
